Our classes are all about making exercise varied, vibrant, purposeful, and adjustable for every single individual on the planet – and we mean everyone!
We teach you all the basics of lifting weights, doing effective cardio workouts, and what techniques are the safest, most functional and most proven in getting you fitter, stronger, and most importantly….improving your quality of life outside of the gym.
At Functional Fitness St. Andrews, our absolute priority, is to ensure that every person that walks through our doors, is taught how to exercise effectively and safely, and is made to feel good about themselves.
We believe that great quality training and coaching, in a supportive, inclusive, friendly, accepting and empowering environment is a product that the entire population deserves.
All our trainers are CrossFit accredited, in addition to this we also hold REP3 certificates. There are 25 years experience between the trainers and each trainer can be contacted for personal training services (subject to availability).
