Hello, I am Fraser, if you ever forget which coach I am, I’m the unusually tall one. The guy who looks the odd one out in the group photos because I tower over the other coaches. It is not my fault it’s genetic.
The majority of time you will have me to blame for inflicting maximal suffering, but I only have your fitness goals at heart (and secretly the warm fuzzy feeling I get while watching human suffering). My favourite things in crossfit are Snatch and the assault bike – no, I am not weird, the assault bike is fun!

When not in the gym I am likely to be found eating M&S Parma ham and drinking copious amounts of coffee, preferably with almond milk, much to Graham’s annoyance.

  • Crossfit Level 2
  • World rugby S&C levels 1 & 2
