Platinum Pack for January

It is our most COMPREHENSIVE service to date. It includes:

  • January Mandatory Fundamentals Group Sessions:
    • Saturday 12th – 9am FFD / 11am FFSA
    • Saturday 19th – 9am FFD / 11am FFSA
    • Saturday 26th – 9am FFD / 11am FFSA

These sessions are with our head coaches, where we pick apart and deliver the most important movements and exercises which are included in our classes. We get you to learn and perform these safely with good technique before jumping into the full CrossFit classes. This helps us give you the best pathway to success and meeting your goals.

  • 6 Week Nutrition Pack – 40 Days of Change by Adam Sutherland
    • 6 Unique knowledge seminars (Tue 7.30 but also live streamed online)
    • YOUR unique calorie intake requirements
    • The correct sources and education to fuel for your results
    • All content supplied in a closed group for just your intake
    • Lifetime Community support
    • Hundreds recipes and meal plans suitable for all dietary requirements
  • One hour of PT every single month*
    • Can be split into 2 x 30 min sessions
    • Complete guidance and management in all areas of your fitness
    • 1-1 coaching to develop your skills and techniques

*if you already do PT, this is out with anything you have with your current personal trainer.

Gold Membership Pack for January
